Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up survey completed 04/20/2023, Aveanna Healthcare had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare Recertification and State Licensure Survey completed 01/25/2023.

The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare Recertification and State Licensure Survey completed 1/25/2023.
